You will transform data into compelling recommendations, support performance measurement, and develop analytics frameworks to guide strategic decisions. Fluent English is required, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Media Performance, Business Intelligence, E-commerce Analytics, or related functions.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Transform digital media, campaign, and customer data into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Analyze and optimize performance across paid media, programmatic, retail media, and e-commerce channels.
• Support marketing and CRM teams through analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to support decision-making.
• Lead customer and audience analysis projects, including survey design and insight generation.
• Identify growth opportunities through revenue, retention, customer value, and segmentation analyses.
• Contribute to predictive analytics initiatives to improve audience targeting and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance digital performance and business outcomes.
