Job summary

Flow Games is seeking a Human Resources Manager to build and support a strong team in Turkey. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, working closely with the founders and team leads.

You bring 2+ years of professional HR experience, hands-on recruitment and talent sourcing, and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset. Turkish and English proficiency is required; experience in mobile gaming or fast‑growing startups is a strong plus.

Qualifications
