About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on‑site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process, ensuring a state‑of‑the‑art recruitment journey.
• Identify, approach, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process (including active sourcing and interviewing) to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop tailored, target‑group‑specific sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our open requisitions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., hiring managers, the HR team, and external agencies) to ensure a superior hiring experience.
• Monitor and evaluate sourcing trends and recruiting KPIs to deliver and continuously improve a high‑quality recruitment process.
• Oversee all administrative processes related to recruitment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, paired with expertise in conducting behavioural and competency‑based interviews.
• Familiarity with common sourcing and ATS tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable) and an eagerness to learn about new HR trends and innovations.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a proven ability to excite and inspire candidates.
• A genuine passion for working with people, enthusiasm for talent acquisition, and a positive, engaging communication style.
