Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Familiarity with sourcing and ATS tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for talent acquisition and positive communication style.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for talent acquisition.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate recruiting trends and KPIs.
• Oversee administrative processes related to recruitment.
