Job summary

Pine Games Inc. is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, shape hiring strategy, and scale our people processes.

You will partner with leaders to align organizational needs with talent strategy, while driving culture, engagement, and retention initiatives across a fast-paced tech environment. You will own day-to-day HR operations, contribute to compensation benchmarking, and help build a best-in-class people function in a growing gaming company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR in tech, gaming, or startups.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Hands-on, 0-to-1 mindset; build from scratch.
• Understanding of compensation & benefits and employee engagement.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
