Job summary

Guess Europe Sagl is seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Junior Specialist to join our HR team supporting Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus. You will contribute to Training & Development, Recruitment, and Employer Branding while assisting day-to-day HR operations.

You'll work in a fast-paced, international retail environment, coordinating onboarding, talent acquisition activities, and employee communications to enhance the employee experience across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Support Training & Development, Recruitment, and Employer Branding initiatives across Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus.
• Assist onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide recruitment reports.
• Contribute to employer branding content and campus/university relations.
• Provide HR operations support including onboarding/offboarding, records maintenance, and HR system data.
• Assist HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks updates.
• Support HR reporting, data analysis, and management presentations.
