Job summary

Amazon Turkey Operasyon Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi is seeking an HR Assistant to support on-site people-related projects and daily HR operations for our Fulfilment Centres. You will work directly with HR leaders to keep employees engaged and compliant with local employment laws and data protection standards.

You will handle new-starter processes, time and attendance reviews, and develop dashboards to report to site leadership, contributing to an inclusive, efficient workplace across Amazon’s CF

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in HR, Employee Relations or Payroll.
• Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English and Turkish (CEFR C1).
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
• Degree in Human resources or psychology.
• Experience in handling new-starter processes and related admin.
• Basic experience working with employment law and HR/payroll practices.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR leaders and management on people-related projects to create an engaging workplace environment
• Handle day-to-day HR-related questions and admin, such as new-starter processes, self-service tools, and time and attendance reviews
• Use internal dashboards to create reports for leadership at your site
• Plan initiatives designed to foster employee wellbeing and experience on site
• Run audits to ensure compliance with company processes, data protection, local employment law and HR best practices
