Job summary

Gizli is seeking a passionate Human Resources Analytics Intern (6 months) to join our HR team at our Head Office. You will gather and organize HR data, ensure confidentiality, and build dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support weekly and monthly HR reporting.

The ideal candidate is a 4th year student in Industrial/Management Engineering or Statistics, with excellent English and strong MS Office/data management skills. A minimum 3-day week availability is required.

Qualifications

• 4th year student of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or similar.
• Flexible schedule to work at least 3 full days a week.
• Excellent command of English.
• MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint; data management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize HR-related data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality.
• Assist in cleaning and preprocessing HR data for analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI.
• Support the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual HR reports.
