Job summary

Gizli, a leader in Food & Beverage Services, seeks an enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist for its Head Office. The role focuses on HR reporting, KPI processes, and data quality.

You will collect HR data from business units, prepare monthly and annual reports, analyze headcount, recruitment, training, and absenteeism, and design global reporting standards with the manager. English fluency and advanced Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR reporting and KPI processes.
• Preferably experienced in reporting and analysis using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong written and verbal command of English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect HR data from all business units and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Analyze HR metrics such as headcount, recruitment, termination, training, and absenteeism.
• Prepare HR analyses and management reports for senior management.
• Design global reporting standards and calculation rules for HR data sets.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data reported.
