Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and strategic messaging, including crisis communications.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development, creation and implementation of internal and external communications plans aligned with regional and global narratives.
• Develops strategies and content to drive measurable value for the business through employee engagement and external communications.
• Coordinates with global communications, marketing, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of plans and messaging.
• Manages the OU's Incident Management & Crisis Response protocol, serving as crisis management coordinator with cross-functional alignment.
• Leads external crisis management efforts and prepares surge capacity mechanisms for regional issues.
• Drives Community Impact projects coordinating design, execution and measurement in line with global frameworks and local priorities.
