Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Türkiye (Istanbul) seeks an experienced Director, Public Affairs, Communication & Sustainability (PACS) to lead external engagement, advocacy, and policy strategy. You will partner with regional and global teams to advance business priorities while shaping responsible policies and reputational stewardship.

The role requires deep expertise in Türkiye's political and regulatory landscape, senior-level relationship building, crisis planning, and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Communications, International Relations, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Communications, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing public policy, advocacy, or stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Strong understanding of Türkiye's political, regulatory, business, and stakeholder landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of public affairs, advocacy, and external engagement strategy in Türkiye.
• Represent the company with trade associations, business councils, chambers of commerce, and industry platforms.
• Drive trade association strategy and influence policy discussions and priorities.
• Build relationships with government officials, regulators, NGOs, industry influencers, and business community stakeholders.
• Provide strategic counsel on public affairs, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
