Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of internal and external communications plans aligned with Global narrative and OU strategies.
• Manage Incident Management & Crisis Response protocol with regular simulations and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate with global teams, marketing and partners to ensure consistent messaging and timely crisis responses.
