The Coca-Cola Co in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a Director of Communications & Crisis Management to lead internal and external communications, oversee crisis response, and drive community initiatives in the Eurasia/Middle East region. This senior role collaborates with global teams, suppliers, and local leaders to ensure consistent messaging and proactive crisis readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives, executive communications, and strategic messaging across multiple formats and audiences.

Responsabilités

• Leads the development, creation and implementation of project-based communications (internal and external) ensuring plans align with regional strategies and global narrative.
• Coordinates with global communications teams, marketing partners and bottling partners to ensure consistency of plans and messaging.
• Manages the Incident Management & Crisis Response protocol, conducting regular simulations and updating response playbooks with cross-functional alignment.
• Leads external crisis management initiatives and supports regional leadership to protect company reputation.
• Drives Community Impact initiatives across the OU, aligning with global frameworks and local priorities including youth empowerment and water stewardship.
