Job summary

ibis Istanbul Tuzla, part of the Accor group, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the Front Office team. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and assist guests with inquiries.

The successful candidate will communicate well in English, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Experience with hotel systems is an advantage.
