Insider One, Istanbul-based, seeks a motivated recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle, from kickoff to offer. You will source talent regionally, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while upholding Insider One’s welcoming, high-standards culture.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, expand pipelines, and apply AI tools to streamline processes, improving time-to-hire and quality of hire across 5 continents and 25+ regions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree and 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; global/multi-region hiring is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to improve recruitment processes and decision-making.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Lever for sourcing and applicant tracking.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment process from kick-off to offer and onboarding.
• Champion Insider One’s culture as a brand ambassador across regions.
• Expand talent pipelines using strategic sourcing and Boolean searches.
• Create meaningful connections and engage candidates with thoughtful outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and advise on market conditions.
• Leverage AI tools to automate steps and inform hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate records and reliable reporting in the ATS Lever.
