Etiya is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, and other channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and online campaign execution, preferably in B2B technology companies.
• Strong experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and other corporate social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience with SEO strategies, website performance optimization, and digital content management.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced English level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
• Ability to manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Highly motivated, creative, and data-driven individual.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms to support brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for budget and performance.
