Nizmara Consulting & Executive Search is seeking a high-potential professional to join the founding partners and support growth across business development, operations, and executive search. The role blends research, outreach, CRM management, and content coordination with senior leadership.

You will gain early ownership and guidance from the partners, with opportunities to specialize over time in business development, operations, or executive search.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a highly selective university required.
• 2–4 years in business development, consulting, executive search, or similar commercial role.
• Excellent Turkish and English communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients in Türkiye and selected international markets.
• Build targeted account lists and contact databases.
• Draft personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Maintain and monitor CRM and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate proposals and client presentations.
