Job summary

Sanction Scanner is seeking a Founder's Associate to work in Istanbul beside the CEO. This role is not an assistant slot; you will own high-impact projects, turn decisions into finished work, and drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Customer Success.

You will support board and investor updates, build concise analyses from data, and shape the company’s growth as it expands into the US and DACH regions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, VC, or high-growth startups.
• Fluent English and Turkish, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills; able to build models and board slides.
• Clear written communication; summarize meetings into actionable points.
• High reliability and strong ownership with low ego.

Responsibilities

• Run the founder's week with briefs, logs, and follow-up until actions close.
• Own 3–5 projects at a time, including US entity setup and pricing work.
• Build board decks, KPI packs, data rooms, and investor updates with CEO and Finance.
• Turn numbers from HubSpot and internal systems into clear recommendations.
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Customer Success to ship commitments.
• Draft internal announcements, customer follow-ups, and investor emails in the founder's voice.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks from financial models to event presence.
