The role emphasizes optimizing campaigns, collaborating with Product and Technology, and delivering actionable insights to improve ROAS while staying abreast of AI-powered marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, MIS, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on Growth Marketing or similar in e-commerce, performance marketing agencies, or betting industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven experience managing paid social media and digital performance campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Adjust, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with campaign tracking, conversion measurement, attribution models, UTM structures, event-based analytics, and performance reporting.
• Good understanding of SEO and ASO principles.
• Experience in e-commerce campaign management, conversion funnels, customer journeys, and performance optimization.
• Experience with agencies and managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Develop acquisition and conversion strategies for web and mobile audiences.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, remarketing activities, testing, and optimization.
• Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and special event communications for ebayi.org.
• Prepare creative briefs and coordinate asset development with external agencies.
• Ensure materials comply with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to manage landing pages, deep links, and conversion journeys.
• Utilize GA4, Firebase, Adjust, GTM to monitor performance and create dashboards.
