Gobito Digital Solutions in Istanbul (and Cambridge) seeks a marketing lead to own day-to-day execution across content, SEO, paid ads and CRM. You’ll set weekly priorities, brief writers and SEO, and ensure distribution is effective, not just published.

You’ll manage freelancers and agencies, run community distribution, optimize landing pages, and collaborate with the paid ads specialist to align messaging and offers. Turkish and English professional levels are required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing with hands-on experience across content, SEO, paid, CRO and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing execution and set weekly priorities, track progress and unblock blockers.
• Assess what's working, fill gaps with freelancers or new hires as needed.
• Own landing pages end to end: decide pages, briefs, copy, launch and results.
• Brief writers/SEO and ensure content aligns with commercial priorities and distribution.
• Run community and organic distribution on LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora and forums.
• Coordinate backlink outreach with the SEO specialist and outreach teams.
• Work with the paid ads specialist on message, segment, offer and landing page fit.
• Keep CRM and email flows flowing: HubSpot, lead flow, nurture sequences, onboarding.
• Manage freelancers, agencies and marketplaces; brief, check, deliver; contribute when needed.
