Job summary

Voodoo, a leading mobile games publisher, is hiring a Growth Manager for Cortex to own the creative engine behind user acquisition. You will produce a high volume of ad creatives using AI tools, test rapidly, and optimize campaigns with a focus on CPI reduction.

This junior role emphasizes creative output and energy over CVs, with progression into UA monitoring and strategic growth tasks within a remote-friendly, Europe-aligned schedule.

Qualifications

• Gen Z marketer with a creative skillset and energy.
• Portfolio demonstrating ad creatives or similar work is required.
• Fluent English and comfort with fast-paced, iterative testing.

Responsibilities

• Produce a high volume of ad creatives (video, static, playable concepts) using AI tools.
• Test creatives, interpret results, and iterate to lower CPI.
• Own ASO across the App Store: keywords, screenshots, and continuous iteration.
• Monitor market and competitors to inform creative angles.
• Support and progressively take ownership of daily UA monitoring (AppLovin, Meta).
• Collaborate with founders and growth team to deepen UA economics.
