Trendyol Group is seeking a Growth & Business Development professional to drive the expansion of our TrendPay ecosystem. You will work across product, marketing, and data teams to identify growth levers, build strategic partnerships, and shape the growth roadmap for fintech-enabled solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in business development, a fintech passion, strong analytical skills, and excellent English.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of our virtual card business by identifying strategic moves and growth levers.
• Lead card scheme and processing partnerships for card business.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.
• Identify pain points in current business and product processes, and offer actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to co-build and execute growth strategies.
• Derive insights from user behavior, financial data, and operational performance.
• Contribute to decision-making processes with clear, data-backed recommendations.
