Job summary

ABB in Turkey is seeking a Modernization Solutions Manager to grow the ABB Motion Services modernization portfolio across the installed base. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with Front-End Sales, Engineering, Service Operations and external partners to drive value-driven modernization offerings.

The role emphasizes commercial performance, on-time project delivery, and developing capabilities within the Modernization Solutions team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related engineering field.
Minimum 8 years in industrial automation or motion.
Experience in sales management and business development.
Strong knowledge of drives, motors, generators and industrial applications.
Experience with modernization, retrofit and lifecycle service solutions.
Experience with project management and execution of industrial projects is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Develop modernization strategy and expand opportunity pipeline across ABB and third-party installed base.
Coordinate Front-End Sales, engineering, and commercial proposals to secure opportunities.
Lead the Modernization Solutions team across lifecycle from development to on-time execution.
Build culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
