Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• 4+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce and marketplace management.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Qlik Sense; good SEO/SEM knowledge.
• Proven experience managing marketplace economics, pricing, and commercial performance.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Understand ecommerce landscape in Türkiye and adjust selling approaches with local and central teams; own commercial performance of marketplace channels.
• Coordinate ranging and pricing for all categories with local stakeholders and central D2C team.
• Drive sales, market share, profitability, and customer acquisition; identify opportunities for assortment expansion and new product launches.
• Plan and drive promotions and activations aligned with sales strategy across channels.
• Leverage SEO/SEM and digital ads to drive site traffic; work with Digital Marketing Team.
