Qualifications

• University graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business.
• Proficient in English.
• At least 2 years in a supervisor role in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Team-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Confidentiality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing forthcoming business plans and fill capacity gaps.
• Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team.
• Contribute to the hotel selling strategy and manage departments to achieve it.
• Understand the local market and keep the hotel ahead in the market.
• Develop the team and foster high quality standards and proactive selling.
• Manage an events schedule to maximise yield.
• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds.
• Ensure administration and execution of planned events.
• Participate in hotel promotional activities.
