Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure an exceptional stay. The role requires English proficiency and hospitality experience within a guest-focused environment.

You will handle guest requests, promote hotel services, and work closely with the Front Office team. Knowledge of PMS is a plus and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• Proficient in English.
• At least 2 years of receptionist experience in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Team player with a solution-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Knowledge of Hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception services from check-in to check-out and audits.
• Create first impressions and respond to guest queries promptly.
• Ensure efficient check-in/out and audit procedures.
• Keep Front Office Manager and Supervisors informed of guest feedback.
• Deliver high levels of customer service at all times.
• Assist with Night Team training and development.
• Know hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and products.
• Maximize occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities.
• Handle foreign currencies, cards, and cash per policy.
