Job summary

MTS Globe Group in Turkey is seeking a Quality & Customer Service Agent to join our Quality & Customer Service team. The role reports to the Quality & Customer Service Manager and requires a well-organized, stress-resistant team player who handles tour operators' inquiries about complaints and health and safety in a timely, professional manner.

The successful candidate should be fluent in English and German, hold a B category driver's license, be organized, and able to prioritize a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (reading, writing, speaking).
• B Category driving license.
• Well-organized and stress-resistant team member.
• Ability to prioritize and organize daily work.
• Knowledge of hotels in Turkey; complaint handling; UK Health & Safety regs.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in travel agencies; university graduate.
• Good computer skills; adapt quickly to our in-house system.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customers by solving problems and inquiries.
• Respond to complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to complaints.
• Perform Health & Safety checks on spot in hotels across Turkey.
• Plan daily work according to priorities.
• Ensure hotels complete H&S checklist.
