Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training development or coordination.
• Experience with AI platforms and video content creation.
• Exposure to international or multi-site environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage training programs using AI platforms.
• Ensure training programs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
