Job summary

Easyvit is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. You will analyze sales data by distributor and market to develop accurate demand forecasts and coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure plans reflect demand. You will manage orders, inventory, and compliance with export procedures.

Strong analytical thinking and Excel skills are essential. Experience with ERP systems and 3PL coordination is required, with an advantage for FMCG/pharma exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or logistics.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience with 3PL providers and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of export processes, Incoterms and customs.
• Fluent English for meetings with international customers and partners.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and coordination abilities.
• Experience in dietary supplements/pharma/healthcare or FMCG is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data by distributor/market to develop and update demand forecasts.
• Conduct demand planning meetings with sales teams; monitor forecast accuracy and variances.
• Coordinate with teams to reflect forecasts in production and procurement plans.
• Enter international orders and monitor confirmations and deliveries.
• Monitor market inventory and maintain optimal stock and safety levels.
• Track shelf life, expiry dates, and batch numbers; minimize losses.
• Coordinate operations with 3PLs, freight forwarders and customs partners.
• Monitor warehousing, shipment and distribution to meet SLAs.
• Analyze and report 3PL performance using KPIs.
• Evaluate freight quotes and plan logistics costs.
• Ensure export docs and customs procedures are accurate and timely.
• Prepare supply chain performance reports and identify efficiency opportunities.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or logistics,
• Knowledge of demand forecasting methodologies and inventory management processes,
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and managing their performance,
• Knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations,
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills; able to actively use English in business meetings and day-to-day communication with international customers, distributors, and business partners,
• Experience with ERP systems,
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with expert-level proficiency in Excel,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination skills,
• Experience in the dietary supplements, pharmaceutical, healthcare products, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Conduct demand planning meetings in collaboration with sales teams, monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions,
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure demand forecasts are accurately reflected in production and procurement plans,
• Enter international customer orders into the system and monitor order confirmation and delivery processes,
• Monitor inventory levels by market and ensure optimal inventory and safety stock levels are maintained,
• Track product shelf life, expiry dates, and batch numbers, and take preventive actions to minimize inventory losses,
• Coordinate operational processes with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs partners,
• Monitor warehousing, shipment, and distribution activities to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs),
• Monitor, analyze, and report 3PL performance using key performance indicators (KPIs),
• Evaluate freight quotations and carry out transportation planning and logistics cost optimization activities,
• Ensure that export documentation and customs procedures are completed accurately and on time,
• Prepare regular supply chain performance reports and analyses and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
