Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Ankara, Türkiye is seeking a Service Coordinator to support planning and coordination of technical service operations. The role focuses on scheduling engineers, coordinating customer site visits, and ensuring accurate records.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and ERP/CRM teams to deliver reliable service and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Business or related field degree.
• Experience in technical service, customer service, operations, or coordination.
• Experience with technical products or machinery preferred.
• Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or service management systems preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register service requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for engineers.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and capacity.
• Communicate effectively between customers and service engineers.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, repair and other service activities.
• Ensure service work orders and records are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate spare parts, equipment and logistics requirements.
• Monitor service contracts and planned maintenance activities.
• Regularly follow up on open requests and escalations.
• Prepare service activity reports for managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and other teams.
• Contribute to improving service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Keep CRM/ERP records up to date and accurate.
