Job summary

İstanbul Homes is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor to source prime properties in top locations at competitive prices, negotiate deals in line with company guidelines and market trends, and prepare the property portfolio for sale within the organization.

You will guide sellers on value and potential, organize viewings for local and international clients, advise on pricing, mortgages and legal requirements, and ensure transparent agreements under the best price guarantee policy, with

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player.
• Ambitious, goal-oriented and professionally driven.
• Interested in building a long-term career with us.
• Basic computer skills, including Internet, Windows, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Valid Class B driver's license with active driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide sellers on property value, suitability, and investment potential.
• Recommend offers and campaigns to buyers while maintaining a diverse property portfolio.
• Organize and conduct property viewings for local and international clients, actively supporting the purchase process.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, negotiations, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.
• Ensure transparent and fair agreements between buyers and sellers, bringing properties to the company under the best price guarantee policy.
