Responsibilities

• Present purchase offers to prospective buyers.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities.
• Advise on market conditions, negotiation, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage required documentation, including contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.
• Create detailed property listings with location, features, visuals, and information.
• Review purchase agreements to ensure terms are fulfilled.
• Ensure transparent, fair, and ethical transactions.
