TEKCE Real Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. You will act as a trusted intermediary, guiding buyers through marketing and purchasing processes to secure the right property at favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Pro-active and a team player who contributes to a positive team culture.
• Goal-oriented with the drive to achieve sales targets and long-term relationships.
• Fluent in English; Korean language skills are a plus for client communications.
• Basic computer literacy including internet and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying buyers during the viewing tour.
• Advising clients on property value and suitability.
• Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers.
• Identifying client needs and financial ability to propose solutions.
• Providing advice on market conditions, negotiation, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Preparing contracts and necessary paperwork.
• Staying informed about the real estate market and trends.
• Creating property lists with location, features and images.
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met and fair dealing.
