Job summary

EAE Group seeks a Quality professional with 3+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supplier Quality to manage key account relations in EU/USA and resolve customer complaints end-to-end. Fluency in English and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive CAPA, and participate in audits to ensure adherence to IATF/ISO standards while advancing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supplier Quality; customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (min. B2) is a must; English assessment is part of the interview.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality contact for key account customers in the EU and USA.
• Manage customer complaints end-to-end: containment, 8D/RCA, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate product and process deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Drive product and process change management, ensuring quality requirements are met.
• Support the initiation and execution of projects to continuously improve product and process quality.
• Track quality KPIs and prepare regular reports and presentations for customers and management.
• Represent the company in customer audits and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
• Actively participate in all quality processes and foster collaboration within the team.
• Lead and support initiatives to strengthen and spread a quality culture across the organization.
