Job summary

MARTUR FOMPAK International is seeking a Quality Engineer for automotive customer quality to monitor requirements and drive improvements across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with Production, Process, Engineering and Project teams to resolve quality issues, support audits, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least 2 years in automotive quality, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive quality, preferably in customer quality.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Familiarity with quality and problem-solving tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer-specific quality requirements and support their effective implementation.
• Follow customer quality expectations and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer quality indicators and prepare regular reports.
• Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the effective use of quality and problem-solving tools.
• Assist in planning and coordinating customer audits and visits.
• Follow up on audit findings and related action plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Engineering and Project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Contribute to quality and process improvement projects.
• Support the development and implementation of actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on agreed actions and support their timely completion.
