Job summary

Harmony Marine Solutions in Istanbul seeks an experienced Procurement & Logistics professional for the Kartal office. You will manage the full procurement cycle, supplier relations, international purchasing, logistics, and import/export processes, coordinating with project management, production, and finance.

The role requires strong negotiation, ERP proficiency, and knowledge of Incoterms, with a focus on on-site operations in a fast-paced maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, purchasing, logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of international purchasing, supplier management, import/export operations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier sourcing, quotes, evaluations, contract negotiation, and PO management.
• Evaluate, qualify, and monitor supplier performance; develop alternative sourcing options.
• Coordinate domestic and international purchasing, logistics, import/export, customs clearance, and transportation.
• Follow up purchase orders, supplier confirmations, proforma invoices, delivery schedules, and related documentation in ERP.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, customs regulations, and foreign trade requirements.
