Job summary

Concentric AB is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Director to drive growth in Powertrain Solutions, owning relationships with key OEM accounts in Turkey and leading the local sales strategy.

You will oversee strategic development, budgets, and cross-divisional collaboration to secure sustainable revenue and margin growth across markets.

The role requires engineering background, English fluency, and strong negotiation and presentation skills, with regular global travel.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification or equivalent engineering experience.
• Fluent in English with good presentation skills.
• Good IT skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan for the sales region.
• Lead negotiations on opportunities, pricing and terms.
• Report monthly on the opportunity pipeline and forecast.
• Coordinate cross-divisional One Concentric teams for a designated Global Account.
• Travel regularly to support global activities.
