Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an Account Manager with experience in the polymer additives sector to drive sales growth and expand market share worldwide.

You will build and manage relationships with masterbatch producers, PVC processors, and compound manufacturers; prepare quotes; and coordinate orders while traveling domestically and internationally.

Fluent English and strong CRM/MS Office skills are essential to succeed in this role at our multinational client operating globally.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales/business development experience in a related field.
• Experience in sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the polymer additives business.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients, primarily among masterbatch producers, PVC processors, and polymer compounding manufacturers.
• Prepare and follow up on price quotations in line with market conditions.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, visits and networking within the polymer industry.
• Conduct regular customer visits and report.
• Coordinate order processes and ensure timely delivery.
• Support supplier management and coordination processes.
• Monitor customer accounts and provide payment follow-up when necessary.
• Participate in domestic and international trade fairs.
