Job summary

Tencent is seeking a Senior professional to lead overseas performance advertising sales across Europe and the Middle East. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, building a robust client pipeline and contributing to team revenue.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to implement client requirements during onboarding, and you will report on pipeline and key metrics to inform growth of Tencent AMS overseas solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overseas performance advertising sales or business development.
• Proven track record of acquiring clients from 0 to 1.
• Familiarity with Games, E-commerce, or Brand Export industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across different time zones and in uncertain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: identify and engage potential advertisers in target markets.
• Client Engagement & Insight: conduct meetings to understand objectives and needs.
• Sales Pitching & Negotiation: craft pitches, negotiate, and close deals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: align with Operations, Product, and Engineering.
• Pipeline Management & Reporting: track leads and forecast sales metrics.
• Internal Ecosystem Synergy: collaborate with international expansion teams.
