Job summary

Tencent is seeking a results-driven overseas performance advertising sales professional to spearhead new client acquisition in Middle East markets. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, working with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns for advertisers in mobile games, apps, and related segments.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in overseas performance advertising sales or BD.
• Experience acquiring clients from 0 to 1.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA preferred.
• English proficiency; local languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & prospecting for advertisers (mobile games, apps).
• Conduct client meetings to understand objectives and needs.
• Lead pitches, negotiate, and manage cycle to contract.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering during onboarding.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and report on forecasts and key metrics.
