Job summary

The Boeing Company in Istanbul, Türkiye is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll runs for Turkey and regional payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while working with local payroll teams and external providers.

Responsibilities include pre-payroll validations, reconciliations, liaising with CloudPay, Workday and ServiceNow, maintaining country-specific documentation, supporting tests and deployments, generating payroll reports and driving process

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on payroll experience with Turkish & other regional payrolls.
• 3+ years of practical experience with at least one global payroll platform and vendor-managed payroll environments (CloudPay, PWC, Workday, ServiceNow).
• 3+ years of exposure to payroll reconciliations, statutory compliance and payroll reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Turkey payroll legislation, social security, taxes and statutory filings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll runs for Turkey and regional payrolls; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage pre-payroll validations, data cleansing and exception handling to minimize rework.
• Reconcile payroll outputs and investigate post-payroll discrepancies; perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with local and global payroll vendors (CloudPay, Workday, ServiceNow) and internal platform owners for integration issues and incident resolution.
• Maintain country-specific payroll process documentation and transaction-level instructions.
• Support testing and deployment of payroll system changes; validate results and document outcomes.
• Produce regular payroll reports and support KPI tracking; escalate risks and compliance issues to the manager.
• Support onboarding and training of vendor payroll teams and act as SME for payroll queries.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax rules and statutory reporting.
