Job summary

Dr. Bora Ok Aesthetic Surgery Clinic on the Asian side of Istanbul is seeking an International Patient Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role.

You will support international patients from their first inquiry through post-operative follow-up, ensuring clear communication, seamless scheduling, translation when needed, coordination of consultations, travel and accommodation logistics, and ongoing liaison with the medical team. Experience in healthcare or medical tourism is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in international patient coordination, preferably within healthcare, medical tourism, or plastic surgery.
• On-site position on the Asian side of Istanbul.
