Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in patient-facing or client-facing roles.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Italian, French, German or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage patient paperwork and medical documentation.
• Accompany patients during hospital admission and pre-op procedures.
• Interpret between patients and hospital staff.
• Serve as main contact for patients and companions during stay.
• Coordinate post-operative care and follow-up appointments.
• Respond to patient questions before and after surgery.
• Maintain patient records and follow-up schedules.
