Qualifications

• Proven track record in banking with international corporate clients
• Experience leading teams and strategy in a high‑performance culture
• Experience in US-Türkiye corridor and cross‑border banking
• Sector knowledge in TMT and Professional Services preferred
• Strong understanding of Türkiye's economy and regulatory environment
• Ability to engage with C-suite and multi‑stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth and new‑to‑bank acquisition across US‑Türkiye corridor
• Lead and motivate the team with clear direction and objectives
• Collaborate with risk, product partners and global relationship managers
• Develop and implement business and product strategies to grow wallet share
• Ensure high client experience and fair outcomes in all dealings
• Coordinate cross‑line collaboration across Banking, Markets, and Groups
