Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Istanbul seeks a senior Investment Banking professional to lead or support execution across ECM, DCM, M&A/Advisory and LAF products. You will build financial models, draft market materials, coordinate with clients and advisers, and help originate new opportunities.

Qualifications

Knowledge of ECM, DCM, M&A/Advisory and LAF, plus credit analysis
Ability to build financial and valuation models and client presentations
Fluency in English and Turkish with strong communication
Minimum 5 years of work experience in ECM, DCM, M&A or LAF
Proven ability to manage transaction workstreams independently

Responsibilities

Prepare proposals, teasers, information memorandums and investor materials
Draft business presentations, marketing and execution memoranda; conduct market research
Lead or support execution workstreams across M&A/Advisory and ECM; due diligence and valuation
Develop financial models (cash flow, debt financing, comps, DCF, pro forma)
Prepare submission materials for credit and capital committees; assess market trends
Support senior stakeholders in providing IB coverage to Treasurer and C-Suite; maintain relationships
Produce market update reports, pipeline reports, ExCo and board papers
