• Create and refine the group’s marketing strategy and optimize existing plans.
• Ensure timely implementation of planned marketing activities.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget for annual activities.
• Support team development, manage performance, and boost productivity.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends and provide recommendations.
• Define and manage the product portfolio strategy.
• Build deep knowledge in therapeutic areas and manage customer relationships across branches.
• Collaborate with the Promotion Manager to implement field strategies and explore alternatives.
• Set strategies for launches, cycle meetings, and target-audience meetings and ensure execution.
• Contribute to operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

This role is responsible for leading the group’s marketing strategy, managing budgets, and supporting field and promotional activities.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Creating the group’s marketing strategy and improving existing strategies,
• Ensuring the implementation of planned marketing activities,
• Creating and managing the marketing budget that covers the group’s annual marketing activities,
• Supporting the development of team members under responsibility, managing their performance, and guiding the team to increase productivity and collaboration,
• Analyzing competitors and industry trends and providing recommendations,
• Defining and managing the product portfolio strategy,
• Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise in the therapeutic areas under responsibility and conducting effective customer management in the relevant branches,
• Collaborating with the Promotion Manager to support the implementation of strategies in the field and developing alternative strategies when necessary,
• Determining the main strategies for launches, cycle meetings, and target-audience meetings and ensuring their implementation,
• Contributing to increasing operational efficiency, supporting the development of digital transformation tools, and contributing to nominating and evaluating candidates for the organization’s talent pool.
