Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S. is seeking a Medical Affairs specialist to provide scientific support to the Sales & Marketing team in Türkiye. You will train medical staff, present on products at doctors' and pharmacists' activities, and develop medical strategies to reach budgeted sales and market share goals.

The ideal candidate holds an MD, has 3+ years in pharma, stays current with scientific publications, and demonstrates strong presentation, planning, and English skills, with proficient MS Office usage.

Qualifications

• University degree from Faculty of Medicine.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Keeping up with national and international developments in the sector and experience in related treatment.
• Competency in keeping up with scientific publications, reading and evaluating thereof.
• High presentation and communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing scientific support to the Sales & Marketing team and will report to the Medical Group Manager.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Provide medical product trainings and prepare training materials,
• Make presentations on products at Doctors' / Pharmacists' group activities,
• Provide scientific support to the marketing team,
• Visit key opinion leaders on the field,
• Develop the necessary medical strategies for all products to achieve their budgeted sales and market share goals.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

• University degree from Faculty of Medicine,
