Job summary

DEVA Holding A.Ş. is seeking an International Markets Area Manager to lead expansion efforts across global markets. The role focuses on setting sales targets, identifying country needs, and coordinating with regulatory, quality, production and logistics teams to achieve targets.

The candidate should have a university degree and at least 1 year in export sales or account management, preferably in pharma, FMCG or cosmetics, with strong English and another language. Travel worldwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduates of Universities’ Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and similar departments.
• Min. 1 year of export sales or account management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, FMCG or cosmetics sector.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English plus any of: Russian, German, French, Spanish or Arabic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented.
• Advanced planning and organization skills.
• No restriction for worldwide travel.
• Military service must be completed for male candidate.

Responsibilities

• Set annual sales targets and identify production demands of countries and customers.
• Ensure realization of sales targets in related markets.
• Mediate between customer and company departments and follow up regulatory, quality, production and logistic processes.
• Organize visits to markets and customers and provide market research.
