Job summary

Turkish Marketer is seeking a Sales Representative to manage communication with customers across assigned international markets. The role focuses on Arabic- and English-speaking clients, primarily via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, with strong CRM discipline and an understanding of import/export processes.

The position is based in Istanbul, on-site/office-based, and involves collaborating with the sales team to meet individual and team targets while building long-term customer

Qualifications

• Arabic native or professional working proficiency.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in sales, customer relations, business development, or international trade.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
• Strong telephone communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing customers in assigned countries.
• Conduct customer conversations mainly by phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with importers and exporters throughout the sales process.
• Manage customer inquiries, product requests, and RFQ processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers.
• Support customers by understanding their commercial requirements related to import and export.
• Follow sales opportunities consistently and report activities regularly.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
