Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of leadership/management experience in L&D or educational consultancy.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Hands-on experience in digital, blended, synchronous, and asynchronous learning design.
Expertise in coaching, mentoring, and competency development frameworks.
Strong communication, presentation, planning, and coordination skills.
Passionate about adopting AI technologies and next-gen learning tools in HR processes.

Mansioni

Lead short- and long-term learning and development needs analysis for assigned business units; design tailor-made growth programs and develop content using internal/external resources to ensure end-to-end execution.
Serve as a trusted L&D advisor within the organization, guiding employees to unlock their full potential.
Facilitate and deliver training programs directly when required.
Manage ad-hoc, unplanned training requests throughout the year by analyzing their strategic priority, business impact, and budget feasibility.
Manage external training partners and vendors; ensure content is customized to company culture and business needs while tracking end-to-end implementation.
Analyze, measure, and report the effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact of L&D initiatives.
Design and roll out global Talent and Career Management policies, systems, and processes across all locations to enhance corporate competitiveness.
Build annual succession planning maps and maintain dynamic, active frameworks by designing effective career paths.
Develop, launch, and monitor strategic projects aimed at retaining key talent.
Prepare and manage the annual Academy and Talent Management budget for assigned business units, ensuring budget discipline throughout the year.
Monitor emerging trends in HR, Corporate Academies, and AI; conduct benchmarking studies and projectize innovative digital practices for integration into core HR systems.
